Adult & Family Classes
Handmade Pasta Night:
Farfalle & Ravioli
Saturday, April 25: 5–8pm
Pasta is often misunderstood, unfairly dismissed as too basic or too heavy. But once you’ve made it by hand—from flour to dough to finished shape—you see (and taste) its true character: elegant, deeply satisfying, and worthy of its place at the classic Italian table. Spend the evening with Chef Melissa learning how to work the dough, shape each piece, and create dishes that feel equally at home in a trattoria or your own kitchen.
On the menu:
Ravioli with Burst Cherry Tomato and Butter Sauce
Farfalle with Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese
Chopped Italian Salad
Chocolate Torte with Chocolate Ganache
Bring a favorite bottle of vino (or ask Lum’s Cellars for the perfect red), roll up your sleeves, and expect plenty of laughs while learning new skills. Perfect for friends, date night, or meeting like-minded pasta lovers—an Italian dinner party with none of the cleanup. As always, this one fills quickly.
$125 per person (adult class)
