Spend a lively night learning (and enjoying) an Italian summer menu you’ll be able to recreate for years to come! In this hands-on class with Chef Melissa, you’ll make Truffle and Mozzarella Arancini (rice balls) with Sundried Tomato Tapenade, Homemade Cavatelli with Vodka Sauce, crispy Chicken Milanese, and a luscious Limoncello Tiramisu. Happening the night before Father's Day, this experience is the perfect excuse to treat your dad (or grandpa, uncle, or someone equally special) to a memorable night out.

Sushi & Sake
Friday, June 20: 6 to 8pm
Kick off summer weekends with a Friday night sushi experience! Chef Gill will guide you through making classic tuna, imitation crab, salmon, and veggie rolls—plus show you how to create vibrant rainbow rolls—all paired with a crisp seaweed salad. You’ll also enjoy a complimentary sake tasting with your dinner. Whether it’s a date night, a night out with friends, or simply a fun way to unwind, this evening is all about good food and great company.

Backyard Summer BBQ
Saturday, June 28: 5 to 8pm
Get ready for a celebratory evening focused on mastering classic BBQ dishes with a twist! Chef Brian will guide you through making homemade BBQ sauce, oven-roasted ribs, and a shrimp boil wrapped in foil. You’ll also prepare a fresh apple and radish slaw to complement the meal, then top it all off with s’mores featuring ganache and toasted meringue. Whether you're perfecting your BBQ skills or simply enjoying a fun night out, this is a summer tradition that’ll make you the star of your next backyard cookout.

Family Pasta Celebration!
Sunday, June 29: 3 to 6pm
Gather the family to celebrate the end of the school year with a cooking experience designed for families with kids (ages 7+). Learn how to make pasta—from scratch!—and earn some serious bragging rights. Create a mouthwatering meal with creamy fettuccine alfredo with chicken, crispy/crunchy parmesan & herb breadsticks, and zesty lemony garlic broccoli. (And save room for dessert.) It’s an evening packed with flavor, creativity, and fun—perfect for making memories over an unforgettable meal!

Love cookies? Want to take your cookie decorating to a pro level? Victoria of @MakingMagicEasy will share custom cookie decorating tips and techniques, guiding you through every step of creating six of the grooviest cookies imaginable—perfect for Maplewoodstock get-togethers! (Please note this is not a baking class, cookies will be premade and ready for decoration with royal icing.)

Asian Bowls

Join this all-new class and learn how to make three delicious dishes from start to finish: a classic Hawaiian poke bowl, a teriyaki salmon bowl, and a tea-smoked chicken bowl. Down the Shore Cupcakes

Take your cupcake decorating skills to the next level with Marlie (from @marliebakes), a professional wedding and celebration cake designer known for her stunning, luxury creations. This hands-on class is all about transforming simple cupcakes into unique, show-stopping treats using advanced decorating techniques. Perfect for anyone who loves to create beautiful desserts, you’ll dive deep into piping, finishing touches, and creative designs that wow. Everyone goes home with a box of six beautifully decorated cupcakes to enjoy or share. Celebrate your special moments with cupcakes that look as incredible as they taste! Intro to Indian Cooking
Sunday, July 27: 4 to 7pm
Explore the bold, aromatic world of Indian cooking in this fun, immersive class. You’ll make crisp onion pakoras, golden samosas with coriander mint chutney, creamy chicken tikka masala, fragrant jeera pulao, and soft, satisfying naan. Chef Melissa will guide you through key techniques and spice combinations that bring each dish to life. It’s a vibrant, skill-building menu—and a delicious way to spend the evening.
